CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation as soon as the product/s are on their way.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, V PAY. If your card is not on the list, please let us know. All information is encrypted.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
All orders will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to friday. All national orders placed before 4PM will be shipped the same day using PostDanmark. All international orders will be shipped using FedEx. You can find a trackingnumber for your package in your shipping confirmation email.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as the product is returned in the same condition as when received. That means unused, except for trying it on, and with the hang tag still attached and all packaging intact.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
When returning an item by post, please fill out the return form included in your package. Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.
Refunds of returned products will be made as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after we receive the product.
If you have further questions don’t hesitate to contact our customer service - we speak Danish and English.

For at lette dit valg af størrelse har vi ved stort set alle produkter lavet måleskema. Alle mål er cirka mål og mindre variation kan fremkomme. Vær derfor venligst opmærksom på at hver enkelt mål kan variere med +/- 1cm. Dog kan denim variere en anelse mere fra produkt til produkt idet vaskningen heraf vanskeliggør kontrollen af målene.
Priser
Alle priser på ADÉLIE webshop er tilgængelige i DKK, USD & Euro. Prisen på hvert produkt inkluderer IKKE forsendelsesomkostninger, men inkluderer den danske moms (25%) og alle importskatter indenfor EU. Bestillinger foretaget udenfor EU vil eventuelt blive tillagt skatter og afgifter i henhold til det respektive lands regler.
Pris ændringer
ADÉLIE webshop forbeholder sig retten til at ændre prisen på de solgte produkter. Prisen på produkterne er gældende i den specifikke periode hvor ordren foretages.

Du vil modtage en ordre bekræftelse per email kort tid efter du har foretaget din bestilling.
Forsendelses bekræftelse
Din ordre vil blive sendt af sted indenfor 2 dage efter du har foretaget din bestilling. Så snart din ordre er blevet afsendt, vil du modtage en forsendelses bekræftelse per email. Denne bekræftelse vil indeholde information om hvilket forsendelsesfirma der leverer forsendelsen samt et pakkenummer.
For at blive registeret som bruger hos ADÉLIE webshop kræver vi din personlige adresse oplyst. Hvis du ønsker at leveringen skal foregå til en anden adresse end din personlige adresse skal du gøre opmærksom herpå når du afslutter din bestilling på ADÉLIE webshop.
Forsendelser
Forsendelser i Danmark sendes via Post Danmark, og kan spores via dit trackingnummer som står nævnt i forsendelses bekræftelsen, på www.postdanmark.dk. Eftersom Post Danmark forlanger en underskrift for at levere forsendelsen, kræver det at du er tilstede på den angivne leveringsadresse.
Transit tider
Vi efterstræber at sende bestillinger af sted hurtigst muligt og som kunde kan man forvente at modtage ens ordre senest 2 uger (14 dage) efter at have modtaget ordre bekræftelsen.Danske ordrer vil blive afleveret 1-3 dage efter du har modtaget din forsendelses bekræftelse. Internationale ordre vil blive afleveret 1-5 dage efter du har modtaget din forsendelses bekræftelse.
Valuta
ADÉLIE webshop kan ikke tage ansvar for eventuelle kurs ændringer ligesom vi ej heller kan blive holdt til ansvar for hvilket beløb din bank forlanger for at veksle Euro & USD til anden valuta.
Ombytning, returnering og refundering
Som kunde har du ret til at returnere din ordre, eller dele af din ordre, indenfor 2 uger (14 dage) efter du har modtaget denne under betingelse af at varerne er i samme stand som ved modtagelse. Udover at være prøvet på for at sikre at størrelsen er korrekt, skal varerne være ubrugte, og ADÈLIE mærket skal stadig være fastgjort. Hvis der er slitage der antyder at varerne er blevet brugt på en sådan måde at det forringer værdien af produktet mister du som kunde din ret til at returnere. For visse varer udgør original emballagen en del af produktets værdi (for eksempel en skoæske for et par sko) hvorfor de samme regler gælder for emballagen som for selve produktet.
Når du gør brug af din ret til at returnere en vare betaler du selv forsendelses omkostningerne. Vedlæg venligst den fremsendte kvittering eller kopi af samme med navn, adresse og ordre nummer.
Hvis du ønsker at bytte din ordre noter da venligst hvilken størrelse du ønsker i stedet.
ADÉLIE webshop kan ikke blive holdt ansvarlige hvis din forsendelse forsvinder under returneringen.
Refunderinger for returnerede forsendelser vil blive behandlet hurtigst muligt og senest 30 dage efter vi har modtaget din returforsendelse.

Measurements
To help you decide what size to choose we have created a measurement guide to most of the products for sale on-line. All measurements are approximate and slight variance may occur. Please have this average sizing in mind and note that +/- 1cm on each mesurement may occur. Especially denim can vary more from one product to another as the washing hereof is difficult to control.
Prices
The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but inclusive of the Danish rate of VAT (25%) and all import taxes within the EU.
Buy tax free from outside of the EU
We offer tax free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. VAT (25% of total price) will be removed automatically in the checkout process when the shipping country is selected.
Local taxes
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.
Price changes
ADÉLIE webshop reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.

Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Shipping confirmation
Your order will be dispatched within 8 days from the time you placed your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. For buyers outside Denmark the shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information. For buyers in Denmark the shipping information will include carrier information.
Shipping and collecting packages
All orders will be shipped with Post Danmark (in Denmark) or Fed-Ex (all other countries). With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the Fed-ex website (www.fedex.com). The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since Fed-Ex couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery. During the registration of your ADÉLIE webshop account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the ADÉLIE webshop. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Delivery time
ADÉLIE webshop aims to dispatch goods as quickly as possible and customers should expect to receive their goods within two weeks (14 days) of receiving an order confirmation.
Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
International orders will be delivered within 2-8 days from day you received the shipping confirmation.
Currencies
ADÉLIE webshop cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
The customer reserves the right to return the goods within two weeks (14 days) of receiving the goods on condition of the following: The goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. The goods are unused other than for the pupose of trying on for fit. The ADÉLIE hangtag is still attached. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. For some goods, the original packaging may constitute part of the value of the good, such as a shoe box for a pair of shoes and hence the same rules apply to this.
Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back into the customer's account.
When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. When returning an item, please enclose the filled out return form provided in the package. ADÉLIE webshop will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping - therefor we recommend a insured shipping method with a tracking number. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after ADÉLIE webshop receives the returned products.
If you wish to exchange your order please note which size you want instead.
ADÈLIE webshop can not be held responsible if your shipment is lost during the return.
