Exchanges, returns and refunds
The customer reserves the right to return the goods within two weeks (14 days) from the date its ready at the GLS shop or the day they have tried to deliver it at your adress. The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. The goods are unused other than for the pupose of trying on for fit. The hangtag is still attached. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. For some goods, the original packaging may constitute part of the value of the good, such as a shoe box for a pair of shoes and hence the same rules apply to this.
Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back into the customer's account.
We do not accept returns on Lingerie, swimsuits, bikinis or cosmetics (all products from Mario Badescu) This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.
When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. When returning an item, please enclose the filled out return form provided in the package. Adélie webshop will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping - therefor we recommend an insured shipping method with a tracking number. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 5 business days at the latest, after Adélie webshop receives the returned products. You will get a confirmation email when we have receive your returns.
If you wish to exchange your order please note which size you want instead. We only exchange to other colors and sizes. Otherwise you have to make a new order.
